A new offering by pro hockey player Connor McDonald. Exclusively for our Adult Hockey Players who want to refresh or refine their skating skills. 45 min of instruction.

Power Skating with knee bends, edge work, stride, tight turns, cross overs and stopping. Puck Work with proper stick grip checks, stickhandling, passing …(passing in stride), receiving passes, communication, stick blade angles. Shooting with proper technique, wrist, snap & slap shots.

Refresh or refine your performance all season long!
