We try to provide enough detail on each program or product page, but you should always email or call us if you are unsure about your order. Because space is limited and program planning is dependent upon expected attendance, it is important you only purchase the programs and products you need.
All products and associated program times are limited and therefore subject to the following conditions: 1) good only on the date(s), time(s) and for the particular products specified at purchase, 2) expire after date(s) and time(s) if unused, 3) are non-transferable, and 4) are non-refundable. If you make a mistake on an order we may, but do not have an obligation to, substitute your purchase if you immediately email us at contact@ilove.teccue.com.
Yes! You need to have your email confirmation either on your mobile phone or as a printed receipt to participate in any program or product offered. We reserve the right to ask for confirmation upon arrival or at any time during your visit.
Programs
Absolutely! In order for you and your child to enjoy the activities offered at The Pond it is important that you only select the most appropriate program or product. We encourage you to email or call us with any questions.
Our programs and products may change by the day, time, and season. Our Live Schedule is the best place to find up-to-date information on the programs, products, and special events we offer throughout the year.
We are pleased to offer a wide variety of coffees, soups, sport drinks, sodas, quick bites, snacks, candy, and other items through our recently built self-serve vending area. Prices vary by item.
Policies
Currently we do not impose any COVID 19 restriction; however, we recommend masks for anyone who is unvaccinated, we encourage social distancing, and we strong urge visitors to wash hands before and after participating in any programs or products. This policy may change based on recommendations and/or mandates from the CDC or the ODH.
Our Customer Code of Conduct is available upon request and may also be posted on the premises but can also be found at the front desk.
